How to cancel recurring payments

We usually have three payment systems in operation. Paypal, Worldpay Credit cards and Webbilling direct debits.

Here's how to manage your payment/subscription:

If you have paid using your credit card, Paypal or Webbilling and have a recurring payment and now wishing to cancel further recurring payments.
Login to your iwant2meetyou.com account using your user name and password you joined with and click on my subscription in the right hand top corner. To cancel please scroll down and select cancel my subscription and then click on submit. You have now cancelled your subscription/recurring payment and you will receive a confirmation message. Please note this procedure cancels any further payments to us but it does not delete your profile. Your subscription period will remain active until the due membership date expires.

If you have paid using your PayPal account.

Firstly, If your Pay Pal account is still in Spanish you can change it into English then you will be able to cancel any further recurring payments yourself shown below, alternatively you can request that we do it for you should the complexity of it be too difficult.
Login to PayPal using your PayPal e-mail address and password you signed up with. (not your iwant2meetyou details)

Hover over Perfil
Click on Mas Opciones
Then click on Preferencia de idioma
Select English and click Guardar.
It's now in English.... next.....

Here's how to find and cancel your recurring payment:

As per our terms, you agreed to before you made your first subscription, payments made using Paypal automatically recur until cancelled. We can cancel it for you
Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
Select 'My money'.
In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click 'Update'.
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click 'Cancel'.
Click 'Cancel Profile' to confirm your request.
Note: You can't reactivate a recurring payment after you cancel it. Cancelling a payment doesn't cancel your profile with us.

If you have used Webbilling direct debit.
Go to www.webbilling.com
Click on "User Support" (http://www.webbilling.com/support.html)
Select "I would like to cancel my membership" in the drop down box.
Click next
Enter Country, Transaction ID and either your email address or bank data.
Click submit.
